Richard Moore
Richard has 50 years of experience in the oil and gas business after starting out as a landman for his father, Joe Hiram Moore, in Midland, TX, preceded by stints as a radio disc jockey and business professor at Angelo State University. He is the general partner of JHM Ltd. and Meridian 102 LP, the managing member of Moore Minerals LLC and Meridian 102 LLC, and the trustee of the Richard L. Moore 1960s Trust and the Richard L. Moore 2006 Trust.
Richard was born in Hobbs, NM, spent most of his career working in Midland, and now resides with his wife in Westlake, TX in the DFW Metroplex and Rancho Santa Fe, CA with his wife of more than 50 years. He has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from USC. Richard enjoys traveling the world, has a single-digit handicap on the golf course, and likes spending time with his two sons and four grandchildren.
Kevin Moore
Kevin is the eldest son of Richard and has 25 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate development and business management. Kevin was an associate in corporate banking, a VP at a boutique investment firm, a sr manager of corporate development for an NYSE-listed public corporation, and a CFO and Board Secretary for a global software company. Kevin is the President of Meridian 102 LP, a co-managing member of Meridian 102 LLC, and the trustee of the Kevin Moore SSMTT GST Exempt Trust and the Kevin Moore SSMTT GST Nonexempt Trust.
Born in Los Angeles, Kevin now resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and daughter. Kevin has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MS in Finance from Texas A&M University. Kevin is a prolific angel investor in early stage technology startups and an avid tennis player.
